Palačinky (Czech crepes)

They are delicious and versatile, we enjoy them sweet or savoury.
One of our go-to's any time.
Makes 8 - 10

Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 400ml milk
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
Directions
- Whisk together the ingredients together and allow to rest for 15 minutes to an hour on the counter
- Strain through a sieve
- Heat a 10-inch nonstick pan over medium heat
- When the pan is hot, spray with cooking oil
- Add 1/3 cup (small ladle full) of the batter and immediately swirl the pan to coat the entire surface
- Cook until the top is dry and the bottom is golden brown
- Flip and cook for 10 - 20 seconds, until the desired colour is achieved, place on a plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter
