Steamed Chocolate Cake
Memories of a chocolate cake my mom and I enjoyed on a trip to Malaysia.
Warm, moist, and decadent, best enjoyed with a scoop of ice cream or chocolate sauce.

Ingredients
DRY BOWL
70g all purpose flour
1/8 cup (12g) cocoa powder
1/4 cup (25g) milk powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
WET BOWL
- 1/4 cup (60g) sugar
- 1/8 cup + 1 tbsp (40g) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup (60g) water
- 1 (40g - 45g excluding shell) egg
ADDITIONAL
- 1 tsp vinegar
Directions
Whisk together dry ingredients in a "Dry bowl"
Whisk together wet ingredients in a "Wet bowl" until sugar mostly dissolved
Mix contents of "Dry bowl" and "Wet bowl" until just combined and smooth (Do not over mix)
Add vinegar and mix until just combined
Transfer the batter into an oiled glass or ceramic baking dish

Pre-heated steamer: 20 minutes
